		<description>I cannot stress enough what a difference letting the meat rest makes. It was only a few years ago that this CRUCIAL step became standard practice at che Deb - and now I would never considering skipping it.

Don&#039;t diss the risotto, dear. I find it relaxing in the extreme to make and not really all that time consuming.</description>
